CLEARING YOUR COMPUTER CACHE


Sometimes if you find that you are not able to get the updated eZine web-page, it could be due to the slow internet speed or weak internet signal.  Your computer reloads the last saved webpage in your computer cache (memory).

Usually, pressing F5 to refresh the webpage will solve the problem.
If it still does not work, try clearing your computer cache.

Depending on the browser you use, the procedure is as follows:

Clearing Your Cache

 This is how you can clear your cache memory and history for the following browsers:

Internet Explorer 5.x

·                       Click “Tools”
·                       Select “Internet Options”
·                       Click “General”
·                       Select “Temporary Internet Files” and click “Delete Files”
·                       Click “OK”
·                       Select “Clear History”
·                       Click “OK” or “Yes”
·                       Close your browser

Internet Explorer 6.x

·                       Click “Tools”
·                       Select “Internet Options”
·                       Under “Temporary Internet Files”, select “Delete Files”
·                       Click “OK”

Internet Explorer 7.x

·                       Click “Tools”
·                       Select “Internet Options”
·                       Under “Browsing History”, select “Delete”
·                       Under “Temporary Internet Files”, select “Delete Files”
·                       Click “OK”
 

Mozilla FireFox 2.x

·                       Click “Tools”
·                       Select “Clear Private Data”
·                       Ensure that “Cache” is ticked
·                       Click “Clear Private Data Now”

If have done the above, you still cannot get the updated page, try again later.
